I find HRLocker very helpful for my small nonprofit in Ireland, especially with uploading policy documents and staff handbooks. It's also great for managing annual leave and quickly producing reports for audits. I think it's good how you can personalize the profiles, making them as complex or simple as needed, depending on our needs. The interface is very user-friendly, and it's easy to onboard new staff. I also find HRLocker much more reasonable in terms of pricing compared to Bright HR, and the integration within our team has been smooth without any issues.
