"Essential HR Tool with Room for UI Improvement"

5/5

What do you like best about HR4?

I appreciate how HR4 solves several practical problems in day-to-day operations, reducing manual paperwork and data duplication by centralizing all employee information in one system. This means we don't have to maintain multiple Excel sheets. The key features I value include the employee database module, which helps maintain complete and updated employee records for quick access and audit readiness. I also find the attendance and leave management system very helpful as it accurately tracks working hours, absences, and leaves, reducing manual errors and ensuring proper payroll input. These features are directly aligned with daily operations and critical result areas, making them crucial for our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR4?

The user interface can feel a bit outdated or not very intuitive, making it take time to navigate and find certain options quickly. The system speed can sometimes be slow, especially while loading reports or large employee data. It takes a huge report customization, which is not synced properly in real-time.
