What do you like best about HR365?

I really like the centralized employee repository in HR365 because it brings all employee data into one place, ensuring consistent data and providing a single source of truth for the HR team. After the initial setup and a bit of training, we got used to it and now love using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR365?

If a staff is reporting to many supervisors, it does not give a 365 overview of the scope of that employee, limiting the supervisors to give a holistic performance appraisal objectively. It was difficult at first, but after training, we are used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use HR365 to evaluate our yearly performance, monitor progress, and check targets. It centralizes employee data, ensuring a single source of truth, and replaced Excel for efficiency and centralized management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
