I really like the centralized employee repository in HR365 because it brings all employee data into one place, ensuring consistent data and providing a single source of truth for the HR team. If a staff is reporting to many supervisors, it does not give a 365 overview of the scope of that employee, limiting the supervisors to give a holistic performance appraisal objectively. It was difficult at first, but after training, we are used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
