There is no room for 360-degree evaluation feedback tool and I feel it's important to have it there because of a 360-degree feedback tool, the cultural competence among an organization is preserved and helps to evaluate the performance of an employee more efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HR Tracking Database Software:

It should be compatible with android, there are some issues when it comes to compliance with the android setting. Also, the price is quite high, they should work on settling for a reasonable price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR Tracking Database Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Completing onboarding of employees when they join the workplace by filling the I-9 forms etc it's easier for small scale businesses who are trying to expand their business size by filtering out the best potential employees.
