What problems is HR-Survey 360 Degree Feedback solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of behavioral issues have been solved with HR-Survey 360 degree feedback. Issues that we may not have even known we had. It is also a lot more real time which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
