I like that HR Partner is easy to use and offers all the necessary information about each applicant and collaborator in a centralized manner. The forms allow me to obtain all the information I need for each role we are looking for, and for the employees, I have a space where I can upload all their information from the start of their employment. This helps to have control over their personal data, reviews, vacations, and permissions. Sometimes I receive several repeated applicants, there could be a way to filter if the person has already applied so they don't apply multiple times for the same role.
