I feel like there could be more queues in manager workflows. It would be great to have the ability to add an employee outside of HR to an investigation. I think better filtering and default landing pages could really improve the platform. Also, more placeholders to choose from in manager would be helpful. There's also a huge problem in the manager portal, where there needs to be a way for HR to disposition orphaned cases to archive the information. This would help us close cases that are orphaned and prevent the loss of all case information. It's growing in number and making our portal a bit cluttered, so retaining useful data rather than deleting it would make it cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
