"Great Case Management System"

What do you like best about HR Acuity?

I like the ease of use for this system. You simply select the employee and the other employees that are involved in the case. Then you will write what the case is about, you can also attach policies and other information associated with the case. The search functionality is really good as well. What do you dislike about HR Acuity?

The system can be pretty slow at times. If they approved the speed of the system then my review would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the issue of paper management. We no longer need to use paper to document conversations and track discipline issues. The system also lets us keep track of all of our cases in an easy to find solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
