**What do you like best about HR Acuity?**

The ability to track our investigations and pull metrics to analyze trends. The system is easy to navigate and we love the ability to email documents directly to the case. The task option is nice to have as well to keep staff on track with their investigations. The Oliver option to assist with questions is helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about HR Acuity?**

Pulling reports is still a manual process. Most of us investigators aren’t tech-savvy, and we don’t have the time to pull data and build the tables and graphs we need to support our 42 departments and 26,000+ employees. Right now, we rely on one person on the team to pull stats for everyone, but it would work much better if reports could automatically populate with the exact data we need, without requiring us to reconfigure them each time.

The integration experience was okay overall, but the cost to upload all historical data was too high for a county government budget. Additionally, we use Acuity for several divisions—Labor, Safety, and the Disability Access Office. It would be best for our organization if we had additional drop-down options, rather than only “document issue” and “conduct investigation,” so we can differentiate which HR division is using the system to track their work.

**What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acuity has been an upgrade from our in-house built database, but it has taken some time for staff to adapt to all the options available for their investigations. When an issue comes up, we have to utilize outside support, which can take longer than what we’re accustomed to; at times, the delay has been weeks. That kind of issue hasn’t occurred in some time.

**What do you like best about HR Acuity?**

I like HR Acuity's documentation abilities and its analytics to track our population. These features help us be more consistent in our best practices and allow us to analyze data to report and adjust based on that data.

**What do you dislike about HR Acuity?**

I feel like there could be more queues in manager workflows. It would be great to have the ability to add an employee outside of HR to an investigation. I think better filtering and default landing pages could really improve the platform. Also, more placeholders to choose from in manager would be helpful. There's also a huge problem in the manager portal, where there needs to be a way for HR to disposition orphaned cases to archive the information. This would help us close cases that are orphaned and prevent the loss of all case information. It's growing in number and making our portal a bit cluttered, so retaining useful data rather than deleting it would make it cleaner.

**What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HR Acuity for case management, employee relations, leaves, and worker’s compensation. It solves problems like enhancing collaboration across the HR team, ensuring compliance, maintaining a consistent process, and providing effective documentation.

**What do you like best about HR Acuity?**

The best part is how easy it is to use, with a clean user interface compared to other services on the market. It lets me access the information I need right away. I also love that it can track our investigations and generate metrics that help us analyze trends. On top of that, the ability to email documents directly to a case has been truly amazing.

**What do you dislike about HR Acuity?**

I haven’t had any issues using this platform, and the customer service has been amazing. I also really enjoyed the entire implementation process. It suits our needs perfectly, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

**What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to share feedback, employee information, and much more with other team members. It also helps us maintain security and protect data, so no statistics are lost for future use and everything stays intact. On top of that, it supports effective communication across our team, keeps everyone updated in real time, and helps us complete tasks on schedule.

**What do you like best about HR Acuity?**

I like that this software is very easy to use and offers a complete payroll solution, including payroll processing, interfaces, legal compliance, employee records, and everything else I need. I also appreciate that it integrates smoothly with other systems and proprietary products without any issues. On top of that, I love being able to access the information I need right away.

**What do you dislike about HR Acuity?**

This product has been the best we’ve ever used. I honestly have nothing negative to say about it. Its performance has been incredible: it adapts to our needs, reduces inconsistency in company decisions, and has helped us stay aligned and achieve our goals.

**What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It ensures that all HR professionals follow the same legal and ethical protocols. This helps us maintain consistent, compliant case management and supports the resolution of HR issues such as attendance and onboarding. It also enables our HR team to proactively identify risks and benchmark our results against industry standards.

This is excellent software for any company that wants to better organize its human resources department. I like how it replaces scattered notes, emails, and spreadsheets with one secure digital file for each case, which makes everything easier to track in one place. I also appreciate that it includes interview templates and AI-generated question suggestions, so it’s simpler to prepare and stay consistent from one interview to the next.

HR Acuity translates human resources data into clear, company-relevant financial figures. It tangibly demonstrates avoided legal costs, anticipated risks, and the level of trust gained within the organization’s culture.

Primarily, it has enabled us to take proactive measures before a problem escalates. Furthermore, it allows us to implement a growth strategy and use benchmarking tools when we have top-tier employees. It has also made it easier for us to generate immediate executive summaries for boards of directors, without requiring data expertise.

**What do you like best about HR Acuity?**

The website is comprehensive and easy to navigate. I find it very simple to locate what I’m looking for, even when some information is a bit hidden. It helps support compliance with internal policies and current labor laws. I also appreciate that it ensures every report of harassment, fraud, or misconduct is investigated with complete impartiality.

It’s a reliable platform, and I really appreciate the support team for both employers and employees. They usually respond within hours, and the online self-help tools are straightforward and easy to use.

**What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has enabled us to standardize complex human resources processes and turn the data we gather into early warning indicators. In addition, it helps us reduce legal risk and has allowed us to protect our workplace culture through the structured management of employee issues and compliance investigations.

**What do you like best about HR Acuity?**

For me, ease of access is key. I like that the case management feature allows both the HR department and the employee to track questions, issues, and requests, so we’re all working from the same information. I also appreciate the excellent search functionality, along with pre-filed cases and predefined templates, which makes it easier to find what I need and keep things consistent.

**What do you dislike about HR Acuity?**

It’s very intuitive and, once it’s set up, it’s easy to use day to day. I also love how customizable it is, which has made hiring, payroll updates, and onboarding new employees much simpler and more streamlined.

**What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, it gives us clear insight into what’s going on with our employees without needing to be directly involved in every situation. It covers both talent management and absence management. In addition, it helps us make sure our policies and processes are properly documented and consistently followed, which supports accountability and keeps things uniform across the organization.

**What do you like best about HR Acuity?**

The standout feature of HR Acuity is the ease of documenting cases. It transforms a chaotic process into a structured, step-by-step workflow. I love that we can customize fields to match our organization’s specific terminology, making the system feel like an extension of our internal culture rather than a rigid, third-party database.

The reporting building is equally impressive. We’ve moved away from manual Excel trackers to visual dashboards that help us identify trends in real-time. Whether it's tracking case volume or identifying hotspots within the organization, the data is easy to extract and present to leadership.

**What do you dislike about HR Acuity?**

While the system is adaptable, it is hard to fully customize it to meet every single one of our specific needs. There are certain rigid frameworks within the database that can’t be bypassed. Sometimes we have to "work within the system's logic" rather than the system working perfectly within ours. It’s great for standardizing processes, but if you have highly unique or non-traditional workflows, you might find some limitations in how far you can push the customization.

**What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing HR Acuity, we were tracking employee relations data across multiple modalities—spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected notes. This created a "knowledge silo" where there was no consistency in how cases were documented or handled, making it difficult to ensure we were being fair and compliant across the board. A Unified, Integrated SystemThe biggest benefit has been the seamless integration with our employee system (HRIS). This ensures that every case is tied to accurate, real-time employee data without manual entry. It has eliminated the risk of human error and saved our team hours of administrative cleanup. Now that our data is centralized, we have access to customizable dashboards that have completely changed how we report to leadership. We can identify "hotspots" or recurring trends at a single glance. Instead of just reacting to issues as they come, we are finally using our data proactively to identify which departments need extra support or training before a small issue becomes a larger liability.

**What do you like best about HR Acuity?**

It’s a tool designed specifically for HR, not IT (like many others), which makes setup simpler—as long as you have a solid understanding of the underlying data structures. I really like how easy Acuity is to work with day to day. The software also performs very well, and the frequent updates are a big plus, since they regularly add new features and include bug fixes when needed.

**What do you dislike about HR Acuity?**

The support team has been consistent throughout this time, which has allowed us to establish a good relationship and maintain continuity in the provision of the service.

**What problems is HR Acuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies everyday tasks like responding to and following up on cases, updating information, and keeping an eye on key metrics. It also transformed our shared work queue—which used to be just an Outlook inbox—into a true queue where we can assign ownership, set priorities, and track work much more efficiently.
