Fast information about current progress of my service tickets.Easy to check status online, via e-mail and telephon call.

Information from several levels of specialists and from research command.

Good quality and tested answers from deep tests or old practice.

Share good practice of several implementations of products, expertise from successfull implementations.

Exist several stages learning with exams for checking knowledge.

There are online courses and documentation, and also there is learning with teachers in the classrooms.

There are several languages of support and I can talk with support with my native language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HPE Pointnext?

Sometimes too long to wait for deep technical answer. Need deep debug logs for starting create support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
