Hour Timesheet has DCAA compliant features and is very intuitive to use from an administrative standpoint. The documentation is fairly good and it reliably syncs to QuickBooks to import payroll items and employees or export time data for payroll. Whenever we have had issues, customer service is prompt to respond and they roll out frequent updates to improve the system. Hour Timesheet appears to be relatively new but because they are constantly improving features and functionality in response to customer requests, we have never had an issue.
