"HotSchedules: User-Friendly Reporting That Saves Time Across Locations"

What do you like best about HotSchedules?

I love working in HotSchedules because the website is very user friendly and the reporting has been fantastic. It has cut down the time it takes to review labor exceptions and correct shift inaccuracies. I can easily switch between locations and it has made reviewing data much more efficient. What do you dislike about HotSchedules?

I dislike that the managers can assign any employee to any schedule. This has caused some issues where the manager changes a job code after the shift to a schedule that the employee does not have a job code for. I think that employees should only be able to be added to schedules that have a job code that corresponds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HotSchedules solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to HotSchedules, we did scheduling in a system that was much more rudimentary. Employees did not have a way to view or swap shifts digitally. It has made tracking inactivity easier because we can quickly pull reporting on shift swaps and releases. This has resulted in a lower turnover rate. Technical support is very quick and we often have a solution within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
