What do you like best about Hotello?

The main strength of Hotello is their adaptability. It's possible to personnalized emails for customers, to create adapted reports for accounting. They are riding the wave of change and they are always anticipating future needs for Hotel's partners. For having worked with another European PMS (Medialog), this property management system is well ahead of their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hotello?

I loved working with Hotello and not working with this PMS anymore is a shame Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to solve problems of slowness when changing prices on 14 establishments. I received quick fixes and effective solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
