What do you like best about Hotello?

Hotello is a flexible tool that enables you to build your own strategy. Their customer service is on point and being an hotelier from Montreal, I appreciate the fact that we have a local service. What do you dislike about Hotello?

What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?

At the Monville, we have a clear idea of how the customer journey should be in order to respond our clientele expectations. Without Hotello being able to integrate with the different systems, such as the self check-in/out kiosks, nothing would have been possible.
