What do you like best about hotelery Next Hotel Operations?

What problems is hotelery Next Hotel Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?

We record the tasks for our technicians digitally by photo, so they have the information in real time. With our paper lists, it sometimes took up to 2 days for the information to reach facility management. Within this time, we have now usually already fulfilled the task / fixed the defect. We also capture customer feedback and customer complaints via tablet in our properties. This has shortened response times enormously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
