Once you purchase their hosting, you are stuck for the entire year. If you want to leave in between, they will not refund your money under any circumstances. I have all the ticket screenshots as proof. Whenever an issue arises, they provide support only according to their convenience, not according to the urgency of your problem. They reply whenever they feel like it, and they resolve issues only when they want to. Until then, your website will remain down, and your business will suffer. Our experience with Hosting Raja has been extremely disappointing. Their hosting services are highly unreliable and lack even basic security standards. Our websites were hacked multiple times, and despite repeated complaints, they failed to provide any effective prevention or long-term solution. Instead of resolving the issue, their team repeatedly escalated the matter back to the developer side, refusing to take responsibility for the server-level vulnerabilities. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability from their technical support team. I have screenshots, videos, and full documentation of all the issues we faced. Anyone who wants to understand more about our experience can contact me—I can provide all the evidence. I strongly advise others to carefully evaluate before choosing Hosting Raja. After the ticket is closed, the supervisor will follow up with you, and if you request a callback, they will certainly return your call. control panel is easy to use but has limited functionality. **What do you dislike about hostingraja?** I’ve had several issues with HostingRaja: 1) Lack of Professional Support: If you're a professional and need specific or advanced assistance, their support may not be equipped to help you. 2) Frequent Downtime: The servers tend to go down regularly, and they often can't explain why. 3) Unresponsive Support: If you reply multiple times on the same ticket with additional details, their support team seems to ignore the previous responses and only addresses the most recent message, which can be frustrating. 4) Limited Control Panel: The control panel is quite basic and lacks certain functionalities, like app pool settings, which are essential for managing resources properly. 5) Downtime on Launch Day: Site was down for over 2 days on launch day, and they couldn’t provide any explanation for the issue.
