What do you like best about host pilot?

What do you dislike about host pilot?

Since I started using it early, some features are still being improved and there are occasional settings that require a bit of manual adjustment at the beginning. The initial setup takes a little time to configure the guest guide and messages the way you want, but after that it runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is host pilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage a short-term rental and most of my time was spent answering the same guest questions every day. Guests kept messaging about WiFi details, parking, and how to enter the property, especially late at night or right before arrival.

Host-Pilot solved this by automatically sending pre-arrival instructions and a digital welcome guide. Guests now receive check-in information, house rules, and reminders without me manually replying to each message.

The main benefit is time savings and less stress. I no longer need to monitor my phone constantly, and guests arrive better prepared, which also improved the overall experience and reduced last-minute problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
