I use Hospitable.com to manage my short-term rental properties, and it really streamlines things for me by putting all my bookings from various companies like Airbnb and Booking.com into one place, making my life much easier. I find the setup quite easy, and I spent a day familiarizing myself with the software, tweaking my properties to make the most of it. It's important to know the different features, and for the most part, the software works well. I think Hospitable.com could be improved by adding a feature to temporarily delist a property on a particular booking page like booking.com and then, at a certain point, automatically relist the property. This would allow me to favor a particular property system over another, and as I get closer to a date when it needs to be occupied, it could then offer it to other portfolios.
