Easy-to-use UI with clear labelling, which is important to people such as me. Easy to intergrate with other products, we use a cloud storage company which has a supported connection and works great.

The support we get through using the VM backup has been excellent every time. Really intelligent staff who are patient when you need help to get things moving again. Lastly, the consistency of the backups is a great bonus, we rarely have issues and most times it isn't an issue with the software, more a problem with the machine the software is on.
