Its flexiblw enough, as long as you’re willing to spend some time learning it. I’ve built a few custom phishing scenarios and those have worked better for us than the default ones. Hornetsecurity awareness scheduling and tracking have been reliable and tools I use most often are the custom campagin builder, progress tracking, reporting and follow up automation. Hornetsecurity need a small of tweaking to really get the most value out of it, and some of the reports could use more context rather than only showing numbers.
