## About Hootsuite
Most teams are still working with tools and workflows built for a different time — dashboards, approvals, and disconnected systems that slow them down. Many have added AI, but haven’t changed how work gets done. Social moves too fast for that. It’s why we rebuilt Hootsuite with AI as a foundation, not a feature. Hootsuite Social OS helps teams go from reacting after the moment has passed to acting in real time with AI that makes it as easy as chat. That’s how we’re transforming the way teams move, decide, and grow. Less time navigating software. More time acting on ideas. That’s the future we’re building. --- Hootsuite Social OS gives marketing, communications, and insights teams a connected system to detect what's shaping their brand in real time, understand what it means, and coordinate action across the organization before the window of opportunity closes. Hootsuite Social OS is a strong fit for marketing, communications, brand, and social strategy teams that need social intelligence connected directly to execution across the business, not another listening dashboard to monitor in isolation — so they can move at the speed of social and stay ahead. Hootsuite Key Features \> Real-time social intelligence: Lumen helps you detect the signals shaping your market, from brand perception and emerging trends to competitive moves and consumer shifts, surfacing the insights that matter and helping you act on them before the window of opportunity closes. \> Conversational AI orchestration layer: Ask Wisdom questions in plain language and get cited, actionable answers grounded in your live social data, brand context, and historical performance. And it’s all as easy at chat. \> Connected publishing and planning: With Perch, you can turn insights into scheduled or published content in minutes — without switching tabs or losing context. Unified customer care: Manage comments, messages, and mentions across channels in one place through Nest, with AI-assisted responses and workflow routing. \> Employee advocacy: Turn your most trusted voices — your people — into brand ambassadors. Parliament enables them to easily share on-brand content with their own networks to extend reach and reduce paid media dependency. MCP connectors for Lumen, Perch, and Nest bring Hootsuite Social OS capabilities into the AI tools teams already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. So teams can draft, schedule, publish, engage, and measure across all their channels via Hootsuite without spending every day in a dashboard, calendar, or compose box.

## Hootsuite Reviews
 ### 1. Hootsuite Keeps All Our Social Media Scheduling and Analytics in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nila S. | Social Media Manager, Insurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite every day as a social media manager at Averill, small insurance agency. I work remotely, having everything in one place makes my job much easier. I manage multiple social media accounts. Scheduling feature saves me a lot of time because I plan posts in advance. I also rely on analytics reports to see which content performs well and improve our social media strategy. It made my job easier.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The biggest dislike part is pricing. As I add more social media profiles, the subscription cost increases, which can be difficult for me as a small freelancer(side hustle) to manage.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite made my job easy and happy. It helps me manage our social media from one dashboard. I publish, monitor and reply to messages without wasting time moving between different platforms. Customer support is an important part of my role because we have small team. So having everything in one place helps me respond faster to both existing and potential customers.

 ### 2. Hootsuite’s All-in-One Inbox Keeps Replies Fast and On-Brand

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya S. | Social Media Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I run social media for Washmen which provide laundry service with tech and Hootsuite is part of my daily routine now. The thing I use most is all in one inbox. I reply to comments and messages from all our platforms in one spot instead of jumping between apps. Replies go out faster and nothing gets lost. It keeps our brand voice consistent too. Basically it saves time and makes my job easier.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Not much really. They keep adding new features and AI tools. I'm still figuring out some of newer AI stuff but excited to use it more soon. Nice to see them keep improving things.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves headache of juggling multiple platforms. At Washmen we use it to stay on top of customer messages and comments without switching apps constantly. Everything in one place means we stay organized and reply faster. Gives us more time to focus on content instead of managing tabs. Made our whole workflow smoother.

 ### 3. Huge Time-Saver for Managing and Scheduling Multi-Platform Social Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bianca C. | Global Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

How much time it saves me. I manage a lot of social content across multiple platforms, so having everything in one place makes my life so much easier. I can plan out campaigns, schedule posts, make quick edits, and see what's coming up without bouncing between a bunch of different apps. I also like being able to check performance in one dashboard so I can see what's working and adjust our strategy without digging through each platform individually.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Honestly, my biggest complaint is that tagging people or companies across different platforms doesn't always work consistently, so I usually end up double-checking everything before it goes live. I'd also love to see better reporting. The analytics are good for a quick overview, but I wish they were more customizable and made it easier to pull the exact data I need without extra work.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me keep all of our social media in one place instead of jumping between platforms all day. It makes planning campaigns, scheduling posts, and keeping track of what's going out so much easier. It also saves me a ton of time by letting me batch content in advance, which means I can spend more time focusing on strategy, creating content, and looking at what's actually performing instead of getting caught up in the day-to-day posting.

 ### 4. Easy, Intuitive Scheduling That Saves Time Across All Social Channels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I can plan and sort all my social channels for the next two weeks in more or less half an hour. It’s easy to use and feels completely confidential for my needs and my company.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I've been using Hootsuite for 6 weeks now and honestly haven't found anything to criticize — the interface is intuitive, scheduling across multiple channels saves me a lot of time, and everything has run smoothly and reliably so far.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is solving the challenge of managing six different social media channels single-handedly. As the only person responsible for all of them, I need an efficient way to prepare, schedule, and publish content across every channel without losing track. Hootsuite lets me plan posts in advance, organize everything in one central dashboard, and keep a consistent posting schedule — which saves me enormous amounts of time and lets me focus on content quality instead of juggling logins and manual scheduling."

 ### 5. Social Strategy Unifier: switch between platforms all the time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisandra C. | Marketing and Communications Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The Social Strategy Unifier truly makes the hard-to-manage world of managing multiple online presences easier. It has been able to eliminate the constant platform-switching, consolidating content scheduling, publishing and engagement tracking into one unified system. Here, we can organise your content into streams and interact in the Smart Inbox, which puts all your social activity on one easy-to-see page.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite's got loads of integration options, but others got more native CRM features, limiting specialized pipeline tracking across broader business enterprise tools.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great because it gets rid of having to switch between platforms all the time, and puts all your content scheduling, publishing and engagement tracking into one place. This central node deepens the connection that it can have with other social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram and X, thanks to APIs. Here users can structure content via Streams and interact in the Smart Inbox, making all social activity visible on one and the same pane of glass.

 ### 6. Hootsuite Makes Cross-Platform Scheduling and Reporting Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SAID B. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite excels at simplifying cross-platform social media scheduling and asset management. The drag-and-drop calendar interface makes organizing weekly content pipelines effortless. It significantly improves our workflow by eliminating the need to log into individual accounts, while the solid reporting tools give us clear insights into how our B2B marketing efforts are performing.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The pricing structure can be quite steep when scaling up B2B marketing efforts. For a manufacturing business trying to expand its multi-platform presence, adding extra users to collaborate on brand messaging pushes you into expensive enterprise tiers. Furthermore, some of the most critical analytics needed for tracking lead generation are locked behind these higher paywalls, which makes calculating the overall ROI challenging for mid-sized operations.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary business problem Hootsuite solves for us is the bottleneck in distributing high-quality visual assets. We produce a lot of photorealistic product mockups and cinematic videos for our manufacturing marketing, and pushing those out manually across channels was highly inefficient. Hootsuite allows us to deploy these complex assets across all corporate platforms from one dashboard. This unified workflow frees up significant time, allowing us to focus on strategic media buying and campaign automation instead of manual data entry.

 ### 7. Reduce the amount of CAC needed. Amplify the spend on paid media.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabella G. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

You can configure conditional paths, whereby a paid campaign to a certain region is sent to the regional compliance lead before it gets published. That is a data footprint that even the most dedicated of internal teams could only achieve in a decade. That's a data footprint that even the most dedicated of internal teams could only achieve in a decade. The coverage isn't of any value unless the AI can actually do something with it. Beyond keyword alerts, Blue Silk is taking a step forward to conversation clustering and audience comparison.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Most teams attempt to do that by using threads on Slack and joint spreadsheets. Beyond keyword alerts. No changes made to the document that affect the audit trail.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Blue Silk has the ability to read images, video and audio content, as well as text. Any logo in the background of an industry video or brand name in a podcast will be marked. Single variable A/B tests on CTAs ("Install Now" vs "Use App") can teach you things that you know you wouldn't know without them. They purchase from the LinkedIn experts that they follow. It allows us to see particular topic clusters before they even become trends.

 ### 8. Easy Content Reuse and Scheduling That Keeps Mentions in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean H. | Head of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really enjoy how I can pull previous posts that worked well and reuse them instead of having to start all over again. The main calendar view is somewhat useful as well because it allows me to schedule multiple posts in advance as I sit here on the couch today and also having all of your mentions/messages appear in one place, so I don't miss anything is also nice.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There's a huge difference between using the desktop (laptop) version versus the mobile app; and its pretty frustrating when you can't use TikTok, because they have limited features; and sometimes the number of views/posts is completely off and it takes about four hours to correct itself.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Hootsuite, managing ten clients on Facebook and LinkedIn separately was an absolute mess but this tool puts everything together in a single inbox and allows my tiny team to stop constantly jumping between social media apps. With Hootsuite, we save time each day on creating schedules, get approval's completed without using paper forms, etc.

 ### 9. Much B2B influence is going on in private channels, servers, and DMs.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sadaharu K. | Marketing Planner, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The change was identified by Hootsuite and led them to re-invent themselves, transforming their scheduling tool into more of a data layer for receipt teams. The context for RevOps and data teams is the B2B sales cycle, which is expected to take 272 days on average in 2026. Social was once a report that no one read. The bet is that Hootsuite's deep-web listening, combined with compliance controls, and CRM integration, makes social no longer a marketing expense, and instead a revenue contributor.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

People with the title “social media manager” are a thing of the past. In the regulated industries, such as FINRA, HIPAA, FDA, one unapproved post can be a legal headache.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes a LinkedIn interaction to a Salesforce opportunity (or a Google/Adobe goal completion) to get a place at the RevOps table for Hootsuite Advanced Analytics. The important thing to note about the 700% engagement rate is the source of the engagement: repeated, trusted touchpoints by real people, in a long sales cycle. The platform must have multi-level approval and post-lock features for exactly replicating the live content with the audited copy.

 ### 10. Solid scheduler and reporting, but social listening and X integration need work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wiktoria K. | Social Media Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The scheduler is one of the standout features. It’s intuitive and reliable, and in my experience it honestly holds up better than Sprout Social’s. I also really like the optimal posting time suggestions, which take the guesswork out of when to publish content for engagement. On top of that, the data and reporting tools are solid not the flashiest, but they provide a clear, useful overview of performance without forcing me to dig through a bunch of extra menus.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

he biggest limitation for me is that you can't schedule threads on X (Twitter). You have to post the first tweet and then manually add replies, which breaks the workflow for thread-heavy content. Streams are also a pain point: finding a specific person to retweet or reply to instantly takes a fair bit of digging, since there's a limit on how many tweets show up at once. In practice, it's often just faster to go directly to X and retweet or reply from there rather than working through Hootsuite's interface.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage social media across multiple brands and businesses at once, so the main problem Hootsuite solves for me is centralizing scheduling and publishing instead of logging into each platform separately. The bulk scheduling and optimal posting time features save a lot of time when I'm planning content calendars across different accounts with different audiences. The reporting also helps me pull together performance data quickly when I need to show results or make decisions about where to focus content efforts, rather than manually compiling stats from each platform.

 ### 11. The integrations it has are really useful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia Maria M. | Head of Growth & Marketing Operations, Information Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

This dashboard is browser based and encrypts data (TLS 1.2+), and supports Single Sign-On (SAML 2.0). OwlyGPT/OwlyWriter AI is a content assistant. Salesforce makes it easier to correlate social interactions with CRM information. Having all your messages in one place, like a unified inbox, can be a real pain for agencies with lots of different client accounts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Failure of posts does happen, and frustrated by the cryptic error messages, it's hard to figure out how to fix it. It's actually pretty surprising how tricky it is to connect some Facebook pages with each other in Facebook Business Manager.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have centralized the content scheduling and engagement monitoring, directly affecting response and resolution times and campaign ROI. Customer service messages are combined, and often initial responses are automated. All our social media management needs can be met in one place by Hootsuite's Simplified Social Command Post.

 ### 12. Effortless Post Scheduling and Seamless Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suhas G. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like using Hootsuite because it allows me to schedule all my posts in one place, which is really convenient for handling multiple social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn for our college. The ability to plan posts for specific dates and times makes it very versatile. It also makes my work easier as I can upload the same media across different platforms simultaneously, saving me the trouble of repeatedly uploading images. I appreciate being able to upload everything at once, and I find it very helpful that I can put different captions for each platform. This feature really makes my job much easier. Overall, it's been a very easy experience, and I didn't encounter any trouble in setting it up.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One time, I faced a situation where I was uploading the same media for all platforms, and while doing that, I had to put different captions for each platform. At some point, there was some error or something; maybe because I was using all platforms at once, it crashed or something. I had a bit of trouble tagging a person or organization, but it's fine.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn all in one place. It makes my life easier by allowing me to upload media and set different captions for each platform simultaneously.

 ### 13. People clicked for the art and the feed was improv.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidia M. | Global Marketing & E-Commerce, Airlines/Aviation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The dashboard effectively fills in the technical chasm between social engagement first-time and direct search time. The challenge is to decide between 100% Effective (hashtags in caption) and 60% Effective (hashtags in comments). This means that operations teams must choose between full automation and operational efficiency ('set-and-forget') and the manual work of logging back in to networks to take advantage of the engagement delta.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The clear strategic tension between automated scale and humanmade authenticity whereby the polished AI content has a trust deficit against the unpolished human elements.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Current workplace practices create a very problematic operational lag for the modern enterprise: team members have to copy and paste a variety of credentials to a variety of platforms, utilizing a variety of internal storage systems (such as shared spreadsheets). The key operational benefit is the enterprise-grade governance and single-point-of-entry security that cuts the digital attack surface for the entire enterprise by a factor of one billion.

 ### 14. Hootsuite Keeps All Client Social Work in One Place—Huge Time Saver

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pooja W. | Cofounder & Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

We run a marketing agency and work with eCommerce brands in India, UAE and USA. Managing multiple client accounts is a big part of our daily work. Hootsuite keeps everything in one place, which saves a ton of time. Scheduling feature is really time saver and trello like boards make it easy to track conversations and engagement for each client. Social listening and keyword tracking tools help us stay on top of trends without switching between multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Pricing is quite high, especially for smaller agencies. The other issue is account disconnections. Sometimes a social profile drops and needs to be reconnected, which usually means involving client. That's annoying sometime, when you're handling multiple accounts, that kind of back and forth gets frustrating.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage social media for multiple eCommerce brands along with other marketing work. Hootsuite puts scheduling, monitoring, engagement and keyword tracking all in one place. This cuts down a lot of manual work. Our team stays organized, keeps activity consistent across all client accounts and gets more time to focus on eCommerce on store work like CRO, SEO etc.

 ### 15. Efficient Social Media Management in One Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiemmi G. | Digital Marketing Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is its ability to manage multiple social media accounts from one platform. It makes scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance much more efficient. The user-friendly dashboard and analytics tools help streamline social media management and save time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One area where Hootsuite could improve is its reporting and analytics features, which can sometimes feel limited or require additional customization. The platform can also be slow at times, and some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans. Additionally, managing content approvals and workflows could be more streamlined.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns from a single platform. Instead of logging into each social channel separately, I can schedule content, monitor engagement, track performance, and collaborate with team members in one place. This saves time, improves efficiency, helps maintain a consistent posting schedule, and provides valuable insights that support better social media and marketing decisions.

 ### 16. One Dashboard to Schedule, Monitor, and Track Across Social Channels

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ani G. | Administrative Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is its ability to manage multiple social media platforms from one dashboard. It makes scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance simple and efficient, saving time while helping teams stay organized and consistent across channels.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The main drawback for me is the pricing. While Hootsuite offers powerful features, the subscription cost can be quite high for individuals, small businesses, and organizations in regions where currencies are weaker against the US dollar. In Ghana, for example, exchange rate fluctuations can make the platform significantly more expensive over time, which may limit accessibility for some users despite its value.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the challenge of managing multiple social media platforms from a single place. It helps me schedule content efficiently, monitor engagement, and track performance without switching between different apps. The user interface is intuitive, the integrations with major social platforms are reliable, and the analytics provide valuable insights for decision-making. This saves time, improves workflow, and helps maintain a consistent online presence. The AI-powered features also assist with content creation and optimization, making social media management more efficient overall.

 ### 17. Hootsuite reduces the amount of high volume operational friction

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia M. | Brand Leader, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Marketing leaders will be able to avoid risks when they're making investments and work out how to budget more sensibly, all by chatting to the chief financial officer. If performance metrics stay in silos, teams have to go through manual cycles of normalization which involve manually normalizing data from various sources found in raw CSV files and relying on brittle spreadsheet macros. Real-time inbound engagement and sentiment changes in the unified inbox are correlated to specific UTM parameters and unique lead identifiers which convert engagements to data points for financial modelling.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

You have a problem with raw CSVs, and you are creating a tremendous schema drift problem and wiping out the team's pivoting power. Finally, there are user permissions that are really detailed, so you can see exactly what everyone's doing.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized monitoring to eliminate tool switching fatigue, automated publishing with integrated visual content calendar and granular user permissions that provide a clear audit trail, are three areas of the system that harden operational governance. This fragmentation will result in network analytics structures that will be different from one another throughout the industry, and which will not be solvable natively by any tool. The analytical capability will enable marketing leaders to de risk investments and rationalise budgets, directly with the chief financial officer, through the direct correlation of investments in social media with outcomes in the business.

 ### 18. Hootsuite Saves Tons of Time Managing Multiple Client Accounts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aparna S. | Social Media Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite saves a ton of time managing multiple client accounts. I've used it for over two years and handle 10+ clients at once. Scheduling lets me plan content ahead and stay consistent without posting manually every day. Approval workflow is another big one. A lot of our work is personal branding, so clients want to review content before it goes live. Hootsuite makes that simple and helps avoid publishing mistakes. It's also built trust with clients since nothing goes out without their okay. I also use it daily for reporting, replying to comments and managing DMs.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

No major complaints on features. Customer support is the one area that could be better. Response times have been slow at times and when we're juggling multiple clients, delays can throw off campaign timelines. Faster support would make a real difference.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite lets me manage social media at scale. Without one platform, scheduling, tracking performance, handling comments and coordinating approvals across 10+ accounts would take a lot more time and leave more room for error. Having scheduling, reporting, comments, DMs and approvals all in one place has streamlined our workflow. It keeps team organized, keeps content quality high.

 ### 19. Total marketing budgets are tight and social spend has increased

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gisel B. | Marketing and Digital Communication Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Getting employees to be quicker at sending texts and reducing the admin load for corporate staff. The difference between the number of active users and the number of users being checked out in real time means that IT has to keep on the ball. Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams suffer from major data integrity problems and structural latency when manually reconciling data from dispersed APIs on various siloed platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The transition to a central platform such as Hootsuite isn't a one-size-fits-all thing when it comes to social-to-revenue attribution, but it's about removing the friction of data being manually normalized across a host of separate APIs.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an analyst, I'm keeping an eye on this to see if it's just a lot of 'noise' that'll bump up our CAC, but... I'm still finding myself seeing RevOps teams in ‘Manual spreadsheet hell’ because they're trying to pull in data from five different platforms to prove their CAC.

 ### 20. Content, campaigns and trends

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fedor L. | Digital Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

If you're spending six hours a week copying and pasting from one platform to another, you're not an analyst. The same goes if you're doing the same thing with data from one platform to another. They create a new Integration Wall, leaving users in a compromise. The repetitive material, hashtags and alt-text, five different versions of a caption for five different platforms, all are done by AI.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't believe in 'friction free' living. You begin with business goals; then you go through marketing goals and then finally a social goal. Usability is no longer the only thing competitive

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The VP of Creative wants to see the format details and inspiration, but the CFO needs a top-level overview of how social can be used to boost performance across the company. Reduction in operational expense due to structured efficiencies, and pipeline revenue for our operators. Shift in metrics from short term ‘virality' to long term business value supported by executive level pipeline metrics.

 ### 21. Great for managing multiple accounts, but scheduling posts still feels too manual

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda Ariela B. | Content Marketing Manager, Americas, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love having all the accounts in the same place and being able to tag my posts to quickly check how they perform! I like also to be able to post in more than one account at once at the same time - I don't like that the same can't be done by X, though.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like having to schedule a single tweet at a time, seriously, sometimes I need to post 7 posts on 10 different accounts, so it's like 70 actions I need to do at all times, and it's super annoying, I wish there was a quick way to replicate tweets. I also dislike not being able to schedule Instagram Stories, this would be essential for my company, and we can't do it at all, it's super sad!

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me manage simultaneously 33 different social media channels, accross X, Instagram, and Facebook. I like how it helps me to manage them effectively, without the need for me to have to login individually in all of them to keep them working.

 ### 22. An advertising agency owners review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler M. | Owner , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how quickly I can have things scheduled and not have to worry about them the rest of the month after editing videos. I've also been able to grow my clients sales many times over to the point they get told by customers that that came in from something they saw on their socials.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don’t like that I can’t tag accounts on Instagram, and it also doesn’t automatically show up as a Reel. I also wish it were easier to separate calendars for different accounts, because I want to be able to keep different clients’ social media separate. For example, I’d like to put each client on their own calendar and then switch between those calendars in a month view.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to plan content, haveing things scheduled to post for me that doesn't restrict me to just meta platfroms. it also handles video well I havent noticed any downgrade in video quality after posting.

 ### 23. OwlyWriter AI is coming for the social manager’s job.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carine O. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Stream analysis and real-time ingestion of unstructured data with AI engine, Blue Silk™ and Talkwalker architecture. Teams are saving time on average of 3,000 hours each year. It isn't just a list of links – it's summarizing unstructured data to give you actionable summaries. Those efficiency improvements generally require an advanced level of inbox – which is behind the ‘Advanced Inbox’ paywall – and include features such as automatic language detection and skill-based routing.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The focus here is on making the software easy to use and the user interface intuitive, especially for mid-market software. Move from manual message triage to automated interaction routing with an advanced and centralized framework.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to be able to see what's going on with the surface metrics and match it up with revenue in the sales systems in real-time, while the user is actually on the website. Social tracking can turn a regular cost centre into a really important part of a company's economy. Gone are the days of likes and in come the 'best indicator of brand lift'. Over 14,000 nonprofits supported, over 5,000 donated and up to a 60% discount for eligible orgs.

 ### 24. Hootsuite Keeps Social Media Management Organized and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vidhi M. | Social Media Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I work as social media manager at a software company RewardUp. We provide marketing related software like reward, loyalty programs etc. So on social media I'm constantly balancing product updates, feature announcements, educational content and brand awareness content across different channels. Hootsuite helps me manage all of that without feeling scattered from one place. I like conversation tracking feature so I track around customer engagement, loyalty programs and trends happening in the SaaS space.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I haven't run into any major issues. There's a bit learning curve when I first getting started because of the number of features available, but once I familiar with those, it becomes easy to use and become part of daily workflow.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me at RewardUp to manage content, engagement and reporting from single tool. I promote software solutions and share product updates across multiple channels, having everything centralized saves time , keeps my messaging consistent and make my work smooth and easy.

 ### 25. Blue Silk™ Catches Your Logo Everywhere Across Social

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gonzalo S. | Head of Product Innovation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It is sifting through information from 150 million sources and more than 30 social networks, including the newer ones such as Bluesky. Whether it's a TikTok video with your logo on the head or ten minutes into a podcast, Blue Silk™ will catch your logo. One enterprise provider saved 3,000 hours per year merely by allowing the system to route it! Blue Silk™ GPT engine powered by the Talkwalker data integration, semantic multi-network unstructured media integrations.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

At that point, the focus shifts entirely to how efficient the user interface is. In that critical moment, the design’s smoothness—or its frustrating friction—can determine whether an idea is captured and nurtured successfully, or simply lost amid the shuffle of switching contexts.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A high priority ticket will shout at you if not attended to within 30 minutes. It's like your own personal search engine, working behind the scenes to find exactly what you need. It essentially composes the 'Boolean search' for you and you tell the AI what you're looking for and it generates the string. Multi-brand social media teams struggle from multi-tab chaos, and are overcome by the lack of communication between up to 250 native social media accounts.

 ### 26. All Social Channels in One Dashboard for Clear Performance Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor F. | Director of Onboarding, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

We can merge all of our social media channels into one dashboard. This makes it much easier to view our overall success while also extracting individual channel metrics. We can see how our strategy is performing and whether we need to make tweaks to a channel.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I’d say the pricing is a bit of a sore spot. As a small marketing team, we’re working with a pretty limited budget, and Hootsuite ends up taking a good chunk of it.

It can also feel overly complex at times. With so many options, tools, and reports available, the learning curve is pretty steep and can be a bit much to take on.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Report generation. I can, at the drop of a hat, pull how we are doing overall and feed that to my leadership. When project managers come to me and ask, I can give them specifics on how well their campaigns are performing.

 ### 27. Hootsuite: A Reliable All-in-One Hub for Scheduling, Engagement, and Team Approvals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anupriya K. | Social Media Manager, Photography, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I've been using Hootsuite for more than 3 years, and it has become a key part of my daily social media workflow. I mostly use it for scheduling content, monitoring engagement through steams board and manage conversations through inbox. The approval workflow is also very helpful because our content, design and support teams collaborate smoothly before anything goes live.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Nothing major comes to my mind. It is working reliably for our team, and we manage most of our social media activities from Hootsuite. It's our ultimate tool for social media.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for CineLove, a premium wedding photography production house. A lot of customers now reach out through social media instead of email. Hootsuite helps us manage those conversations efficiently, especially inquiries related to photography services and pricing. It helps us respond faster, improve engagement, generate leads and keep our social media process easy across the team.

 ### 28. Hootsuite Streamlines Multi-Brand Social Scheduling and Monitoring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracey C. | Head of Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I've used Hootsuite to manage social media across multiple venues and brands, and it's become a valuable part of my marketing toolkit.

What I like most is the ability to plan, schedule and monitor content across different platforms from one place. It saves a significant amount of time and helps ensure that campaigns remain consistent and organised.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

While Hootsuite is a strong platform overall, there are a few areas where I feel it could be improved.

The biggest challenge is the cost. As your team grows or you require additional functionality, the pricing can increase significantly, which may be difficult to justify for smaller teams or venues with limited marketing budgets.

The reporting tools are useful, but some of the more advanced analytics are only available on higher-tier plans. I'd also like to see greater flexibility in creating customised reports.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the challenge of managing multiple social media channels across different brands and venues from a single platform. Rather than logging into each social network separately, I can schedule content, monitor engagement, track performance and manage campaigns in one place.

This has significantly improved efficiency and saved time for both myself and the wider marketing team. It allows us to plan content in advance, maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure that key campaigns are delivered on time.

 ### 29. All Social Channels in One Place with Handy Canva Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roshni J. | Social Media Manager, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I work as social media manager at IAMCREATOR.com. I manage Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook for them. Having all three in one place makes my day a lot easier. I use content calendar to plan campaigns and keep posting regular. But my favorite part is Canva integration. I design and publish without switching between apps. Reporting also helps me see what's working and what's not.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing that bothers me is accounts disconnecting out of nowhere. It's annoying when we have scheduled posts going out and suddenly account needs to be reconnect.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At IAMCREATOR we use social media to connect with students and build credibility in the personal development space. Hootsuite lets me schedule content, handle multiple platforms, and check performance all from one dashboard. It saves me time and keeps things organized. It helps to creating content and growing community.

 ### 30. Hootsuite Makes Multi-Brand Scheduling Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhriti G. | Social Media Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I work as social media manager at Difference a small marketing agency and also run my creative studio, Not Another Manager. That means I constantly manage content across multiple brands and platforms. I like most Hootsuite's managing capability in one place. It helps scheduling content that saves lot of time. It makes easy to manage multiple clients.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Some of the premium apps and integrations are useful for managing clients require additional spending. That increase significantly bill. That's not big issue but if premium apps can be free that will help to our small agency.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me keep social media operations organized across both Difference(my full time job) and Not Another Manager(my small agency). Instead of jumping between social sites, I schedule content, engage and reports from a single tool. It saves time and effort. So I can focus on creative part of my job.

 ### 31. Powerful Social Media Planning and Analytics Across Platforms

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ollie C. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like being able to plan, schedule, and analyze our social media data across all the platforms we’ve added. The different areas of the user interface are easy to identify, although it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Overall, the data is helpful for planning and integrating into our social media strategy so it can perform well.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The cost is relatively high compared to some of the cheaper options on the market. At times, it can feel overwhelming because there’s so much data available to analyze. I also think a short video or tutorial during account setup would help users understand the platform more quickly.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been helpful to integrate all of our social media platforms within our business in one place. It makes scheduling posts simple and easy, especially at the highest-performing and most engaging times for our audience to see them. The ability to create captions and have them refined by AI is also beneficial, particularly when you’re dealing with a creative block, which can easily happen.

 ### 32. Making Social Media Management Feel Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivonne L. | Planning & Distribution Specialist, Automotive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The platform solves the problem of having to log in and out of different profiles, putting all your content planning, scheduling and performance monitoring on one dashboard. This basic change really makes social media management a lot easier, and some teams say they save as much as 130 hours a year.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Customer support could be better at times, and sometimes you feel like you're talking to a brick wall when you hit a problem, needing much faster, more helpful responses.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, it's real time monitoring of specific keywords, mentions and posts across a bunch of networks, achieved by using a variety of social network APIs. It can do Facebook, Instagram and X, for example, and you can extend its functionality through its developer portal. It's a bit like your digital watchtower over the social landscape.

 ### 33. Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling and Streams for Managing Multiple Clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon R. | Business Development Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ability to schedule my posts across several (all) of my social media platforms with one scheduling action is by far the best thing about hootsuite. Since I manage a number of different clients, the fact that I can plan out an entire weeks worth of content in one session, while reclining on the couch watching TV, makes it really convenient. The "streams" section is also something I use almost everyday - looking at all of the activity across all of my clients accounts in one screen, as opposed to needing to login to each individual account, takes much less time than I thought it would take when I started.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Price. It is quite expensive, especially when your business is small and then you discover you have to pay more money for a feature you want but cannot access because it is located on the next level of service. That hurts. Also, many times things that seem like they should naturally come with the price tag for using hootsuite will cost you more money, and you may not realize that until after you have signed up. Over the years the interface has become more cluttered and not necessarily in a positive manner - I find myself clicking on two or three options before finding what I am looking for. When you are quickly scanning through to see if anyone has posted anything new and you get logged out, that is frustrating.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to bounce around between 6 browser tabs, where I could lose track of something. Posting to multiple platforms, keeping track of who says what, and providing reports for clients - all of those tasks are available within Hootsuite and eliminate the need for me to constantly switch back and forth. For larger teams it works similarly - assigning content, approving content, etc., all without a bunch of Slack messaging going back and forth. And since managing social media is mostly about organizing and putting information in one location, that solves most of the problem.

 ### 34. Hootsuite Amplify Made Employee Advocacy Easy and Scalable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monique P. | Global Talent Demand Generation & Social Media Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is Hootsuite Amplify. I had the opportunity to pioneer and launch our company’s employee advocacy program last year, and Amplify played a huge role in making the program successful. It made it easier for employees to access and share curated content, helped increase engagement, and supported us in building stronger employee participation across the program. I also appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, especially when managing and distributing content at scale.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing I dislike about Hootsuite is that some platform-specific features still require me to go natively into the social media platform instead of managing everything directly within Hootsuite. For example, I can’t publish LinkedIn polls or post on Threads through the platform, which can interrupt workflow efficiency when managing multiple channels. It would be great to have more native support for newer features and platforms in one centralized tool.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media platforms efficiently in one place. It allows me to schedule and publish content across different channels while also monitoring mentions, comments, and replies in real time. Since I also support brand reputation management, having a centralized platform helps me stay on top of audience engagement, respond faster, and track conversations more effectively. This saves time, improves workflow efficiency, and helps ensure we maintain a positive and consistent brand presence online.

 ### 35. Great for sharing multiple posts on different social media platforms

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan P. | Owner of EmCat Designs, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ease of scheduling posts and having ONE place to share/market on several social media sites. Allowing me to post and market a lot easier without having to login to multiple
Accounts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Some of the features can be a bit difficult to learn and the pricing is a bit expensive. Also, contacting customer service can be a hassle for any billing related issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Hootsuite:**

If you are looking for an easier way to share on multiple social media sites without having to go to each site/schedule posts/create posts, Hootsuite might be for you. You are able to schedule posts on several social media sites for several weeks even. I spend one day a week scheduling posts for the upcoming week and it is super convenient for marketing/time management.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing on multiple sites is a lot easier with Hootsuite. Can schedule entire week in one day verse having to spend multiple days marketing on each platform individually.

 ### 36. Convenient, User-Friendly Platform with a Great Content Planner

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Callum S. | Digital Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite's greatest strength lies simply in its convenience. The interface is very user-friendly; it took a very short amount of time to learn it when we first onboarded. I think the value of what you pay for in the subscription fee is very fair, for the sheer amount of features the platform offers alone. My favourite feature would be the content planner, as it is perfect for locating historic posts, as well as keeping a consistent schedule. The AI used to edit captions is good overall, certainly customisable. I have not tested Hootsuite under a heavy workload, due to the nature of what we use it for, however in the time I have used it, I have never encountered a performance-based issue, the platform is fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wouldn't say that there is any particular downside of using Hootsuite, however, I would say that I have noticed various issues with social media accounts being unlinked from Hootsuite repeatedly, which is quite inconvenient to fix. I couldn't say confidently whether it is a well-known issue or one that is due to integration issues, but it would certainly be the biggest negative experience I've had with Hootsuite.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Hootsuite, every social media post had to be done manually of course, which by itself in one week of social media posts doesn't save much time. It's only when you look back after using the tool for weeks that you realise you probably wouldn't be able to happily work without it, due to the simple convenience of it. Naturally, tools such as Meta Business Suite offer direct analytics just like Hootsuite can, but at a far more broad lense in my opinion, whereas Hootsuite can give you very detailed insights into social media performance, also solving the problem of vague insights.

 ### 37. Affordable, Easy-to-Use Social Media Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melody L. | Marketing and Communications Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for social media management, analytics, and competitor research. I like that I can post ahead of time using the social schedule and track analytics, which helps me make a biweekly report based on our Instagram and LinkedIn analytics. The ability to look at our competitors and see what thought leadership we should share is also valuable. I find Hootsuite very easy to use and appreciate its affordability. The app is a great feature because it allows me to check or edit my posts. The social posting is simple, and I can save drafts if I'm not ready. I value the app functionality a lot because I can double-check my posts and make edits or reschedule without having to log into my laptop. Moving to Hootsuite was easy, and the initial setup was incredibly straightforward. Additionally, the pricing is appealing, which was a factor in switching from Oktopost.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think that there could probably be more advanced tools like employer advocacy ones and also the tagging sometimes does not work with finding people or companies.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can post ahead on the social schedule and track analytics for biweekly reports. Competitor research is easier, and I can double-check posts and reschedule them from the app. Hootsuite is very easy to use and affordable, enhancing my workflow.

 ### 38. Your Social Content Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco P. | Energy Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

We monitor important metrics such as follower growth and post reach, and our Amplify program had a revenue increase of 250% YoY. At the heart of Hootsuite Social OS is our unifying framework. As well as social media platforms like X and TikTok, Hootsuite connects with vital business tools.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes, due to the way social network APIs work, you've got to deal with the frustration of having to reconnect your social profiles.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content teams love the fact that they can get content out there much more quickly and easily, with the AI chatbot dealing with up to 80% of customer service tasks, which makes life so much easier. We keep an eye on important metrics like follower growth and post reach, and our Amplify program has seen a 250% revenue increase year-on-year.

 ### 39. All-in-One Social Media Scheduling Made Easy with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colby D. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite offers everything a social media manager needs in one place. Scheduling posts ahead of time is paramount to alleviate some of the forethought that goes into strategizing. It's affordable for any team, so purchasing Hootsuite should be no issue for anyone. Its AI features are improving over time, and I've found myself using OwlyGPT for more and more content ideas for complex subjects. And the fact that it posts to nearly every social media platform makes it easy to manage everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Support is not always quick. Sometimes when I have issues it takes some time to hear back from a representative. I also think the Ai feature could use some work.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is helping me not have to worry about what I'm going to post next week or the week after. It also provides extremely helpful analytics that I use in all of my planning meetings with my team.

 ### 40. RSS Feed and Bulk Scheduling Make News Posting Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shanya D. | Social Media Manager, Newspapers, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I manage social media for The Statesman a Delhi based newspaper site, so there's always a constant flow of news posts going out during the day. RSS feed feature is very useful for me because it pulls website posts directly into dashboard and saves a lot of manual work. I also use bulk scheduling pretty often when there are multiple new updates lined up together. It makes my work more manageable during busy day.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

A few really useful apps and integrations are locked behind premium addon subscription. Sometimes that becomes difficult because extra approvals are needed internally before we can use certain features, even when they would genuinely help the team.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us handle daily news publishing in a more manageable way. Since timing matters a lot in media, being able to schedule posts quickly and manage everything from one site saves time and reduces repetitive work for our social media team.

 ### 41. All-in-One Social Media Management Made Efficient with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Minenhle T. | Digital Content Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is that it lets me manage multiple social media accounts from a single platform. I can schedule posts ahead of time, monitor engagement, track performance with analytics, and collaborate with my team, which makes social media management feel more efficient, organized, and easier to stay on top of.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The biggest downside is that many of the more advanced features require a paid plan. The platform also has a bit of a learning curve for new users, although it becomes much easier to use with regular use and experience.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media platforms by centralizing scheduling, engagement, and analytics. This helps me save time, stay organized, and make data-driven decisions to improve content performance.

 ### 42. Easy to Learn Social Media Management with Powerful Analytics and Teamwork

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassie B. | Communications associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like it because it is very easy to use and learn, as well as teach others. Another reason I like Hootsuite is its analytics features. The platform provides insights about engagement, audience growth, and post performance, which helps users understand what content works best. These tools are useful for improving communication strategies and creating stronger connections with audiences. Hootsuite also supports teamwork by allowing multiple people to collaborate on campaigns and content planning.

Overall, I like Hootsuite because it combines creativity, organization, and analytics into one platform. It simplifies social media management while helping users communicate more effectively and professionally online.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only thing I dislike about Hootsuite is the cost. Many of the advanced features, such as detailed analytics, team collaboration tools, and managing multiple accounts, are only available through paid plans. For students, small businesses, or individuals with limited budgets, the pricing can feel expensive compared to other social media management platforms. The free version also has restrictions that limit how useful it can be for larger projects.

I also find that scheduled posts do not always perform as well as content posted directly through social media apps. Some platforms limit certain features when third-party scheduling tools are used, which can affect engagement and content quality. Additionally, occasional technical issues or connection problems between accounts can be frustrating.
Overall, while Hootsuite is powerful and professional, its complexity, pricing, and occasional limitations make it less appealing for some users.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts separately. Without a platform like Hootsuite, users would need to log into each app individually to create posts, respond to messages, and track performance. This can take a lot of time and make it difficult to stay organized. Hootsuite brings everything into one dashboard, making social media management more efficient and convenient.

One of the biggest problems Hootsuite solves is time management. The scheduling feature allows users to plan and automate posts in advance, which helps maintain a consistent online presence without needing to post manually every day. This benefits me because it reduces stress and helps me stay organized while balancing school, work, and other responsibilities.

Hootsuite also solves the problem of tracking audience engagement and content performance. Its analytics tools provide insights into which posts are successful and how audiences interact with content. This benefits me by helping me improve communication strategies and create more effective posts.

Another benefit is collaboration. Hootsuite allows teams to work together on campaigns, approvals, and content planning in one place. Overall, Hootsuite benefits me by saving time, improving organization, and making social media communication easier and more professional.

 ### 43. Streamlined Workflows - Social Media Content Management and Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylie A. | Contributor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Streams within Hootsuite are very helpful for organization of content / posts across all social media platforms connected. URL uploading and condensing is seamless when creating social media posts and this aids in overall performance of month-to-month social media content calendar creation. Hootsuite support and onboarding was a breeze and the team members were able to quickly address all areas of concern. The AI capabilities within the platform have been a great overall addition especially in terms of data, analytics, and social media copy creation. Workflow on a day-to-day basis have been improved especially in the areas of quick data pulls, demographic and audience behavior, and content performance. Excellent UI / UX. The integrations of team workflows have been beneficial and the overall pricing for each team member is competitive within industry.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I do not enjoy the lack of API connection to seamlessly upload IG / FB Stories. I also believe there can be improvements at the general level for monitoring team member activity - such as how many times they are logging in, how many times they are viewing streams, and how many times they are generating reports.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is solving the problem of lack of data, reporting, and metrics insights that IG / Meta do not currently have at large. The demographic information and data is more insightful when compared and it is great to be able to lean into Hootsuite on a month-by-month and year-over-year basis across all social media platforms.

 ### 44. Top Notch Customer Care Backed By A Easy To Use Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth M. | Customer Experience & Client Relations Marketing Consultant - Digital & Experientially Focused, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Aside from the readily available customer support provided by a dedicated account manager, the platform is relatively straight forward and easy to navigate for the most part. It also connects to my social channels easy for tracking purposes.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Could be a bit more robust in analytics as well as data retrieval. It tends to only pull a limited amount of historical data and not easy to do YoY metrics. I would like it to use AI in this respect to help pull some historical data and use it to compare to our competitors.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me put all the content being pushed out via the numerous social channels my team and I manage on a daily basis into one calendar. I can quickly see what content is going out, how often it’s being posted, and which channel it’s on. It also keeps the metrics in one place for easy viewing, and makes it simple to export them to other applications as well.

 ### 45. Balanced & Professional - Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donny P. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is the ability to manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard.

The UI/UX is clean and highly intuitive; the drag-and-drop content calendar has massively streamlined our weekly scheduling workflow. In terms of Integrations, it syncs effortlessly with all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X) as well as Canva, which saves us from constantly switching tabs.

The software’s Performance is exceptionally stable, and scheduled posts go live reliably without lag. While the Pricing / ROI can feel a bit steep for smaller teams, the sheer amount of time saved weekly makes it a worthwhile investment that pays for itself.

Additionally, their Support / Onboarding resources were excellent, making it incredibly easy to train our new team members quickly. Finally, the built-in AI / Intelligence features have been an unexpected benefit, helping us quickly brainstorm engaging captions and optimal posting times when we hit a creative block.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

What I dislike most about Hootsuite is that the Pricing / ROI has become increasingly difficult to justify for smaller teams, as frequent price hikes don't always feel matched by new value.

From a UI/UX standpoint, the dashboard can feel quite cluttered and overwhelming for new users, which slows down the initial Support / Onboarding process. I've also noticed occasional Performance lag when loading heavy analytics reports or uploading large video files.

Regarding Integrations, token disconnections happen a bit too frequently, forcing us to constantly re-authenticate our social accounts. Finally, while the platform has added AI / Intelligence features, the AI caption generator can feel a bit generic; it would be highly improved if it allowed us to train it on our specific brand voice and past high-performing posts.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Hootsuite, we struggled with a highly fragmented workflow where we had to manually log in and out of five different social platforms to post content, leading to missed postings and inconsistent branding.

By implementing Hootsuite, we can now schedule an entire month’s worth of multi-channel content from a single, centralized dashboard. This has resulted in a measurable 10+ hours saved every week for our marketing team and a 25% increase in our overall posting consistency.

Additionally, we struggled to track cross-platform analytics efficiently, but now we can generate comprehensive, unified reports with a single click. This has allowed us to quickly identify our highest-performing content and pivot our strategy in real-time, giving us a much clearer picture of our digital marketing ROI.

 ### 46. Hootsuite Saves Us Time with Easy Scheduling, Smart AI, and Fast Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christ Church H. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is a time saver. My team loves the ability to schedule a post once and it's available for all of our social media profiles. It's easy interface is perfect for even the least tech savvy of us, and we enjoy the diagnostic score summary to show where we can improve. The AI integrations helping situations where we can't come up with a creative caption for our post and we also like the inclusion of the non-official holidays on the calendar and incorporating them into our regularly scheduled posts. Onboarding new team members into Hootsuite is a breeze and we're very happy with how fast Hootsuite performs.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It's more of an inconvenience than a dislike, but when our account(s) are disconnected from Hootsuite, we don't always get notified when it happens. But other than that there is no downside.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Hootsuite to keep track of our social media posts and to see how and when everything is scheduled. We use all ten account spots on our Hootsuite account, and it helps us get a clear picture of where our posts are falling short so we can spot gaps more easily.

 ### 47. Inbox 2.0 Makes Multi-Platform Engagement and Team Assignments Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Social Media Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

How all my social networks can be viewed at a glance and posted to with relative ease. I very much appreciate the ability to develop a post and then refine it for each platform respectively. The Inbox 2.0 is by far my most used feature and it makes responding to mentions, comments, and messages a breeze!

Having Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram messages, comments, and mentions integrated into one space AND being able to assign them to team members has been invaluable for our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The backend for managing teams and members feels a bit outdated. Granting permissions to individuals has been a little bit of a headache at times where there is a bit of vagueness regarding how and which features we're giving permission for.

I have had struggles with the performance of the listening feature as far as narrowing results through booleans. Multiple times I have excluded a keyword or phrase only to see it appear in my results. That could likely be a user-error issue rather than a platform issue.

The pricing of the listening features has been a bit of an issue for our office, and in the two years since upgrading we have definitely underutilized it.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite has streamlined our publishing process first and foremost. We have developed a fairly thorough workflow with our social media channels through Hootsuite and has made onboarding new team members a breeze.

The addition of Owly GPT as an AI assistant has been very helpful in idea generation and reworking captions for our content.

 ### 48. Hootsuite - Jobs made easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SUHAS G. | Social Media Assitant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It makes my everyday job of scheduling posts for my organisation much easier. I can publish across different platforms at the same time, which saves me a lot of effort. I can also monitor performance for each post, making it easier to track which posts are performing best on each platform. The AI feature helps by suggesting good, refined captions. The pricing offers great value, and the support I receive for my day-to-day scheduling tasks is very good.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the tagging of posts could cause little bit of trouble while posting same post across different platforms. Let's say we want to tag particular person who is having a very common name then it gets difficult to find that person.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that I save lot of time and effort scheduling the posts in advance makes my job easier. I can schedule in whichever time I want. I can use the analytics to try understand how I can improve with my scheduling makes my job even more easier

 ### 49. Scheduling, Engagement & Analytics in One Dashboard That Saves Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neha L. | Social Media Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I've been using Hootsuite for over two years at SocioGlitch, where I manage multiple client and UGC campaigns. I like most is having scheduling, engagement and analytics in one dashboard. Steams are especially helpful because I monitor campaign conversations and reply to comments without switching between different client accounts, which saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite recently launch social os new UI for website. It feels confusing than classic version. I still prefer using the classic layout because it's faster for my daily work.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite makes it much easier to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns from one place. It helps me stay on top of audience engagement, while the reporting tools make it easy to share campaign performance with clients and keep out workflows at SocioGlitch efficinet.

 ### 50. Hootsuite Makes Multi-Platform Scheduling and Content Ideas Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that Hootsuite offers all the benefits of scheduling content--I've actually started using it instead of the native scheduling tools that Meta provides because Hootsuite is better. It's also great because all of our scheduled content across multiple platforms can be scheduled/viewed in one place. It also has great AI integrations that help plan hashtags and provide content ideas.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There honestly are no things that I actually dislike. Perhaps a price discount would be nice, but honestly, the pricing is fair for what you get. Or integrating even more platforms? (I'm thinking specifically Substack, since that is one channel we'd like to be able to schedule content for that we're not currently able.)

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Hootsuite provides a benefit for is the scheduling tool. We produce a great number of content across channels, and having the ability to "set it and forget it" is much needed. There have been times when other native tools (Meta's Facebook, specifically) have failed in one way or another, or were buggy, and we were able to use Hootsuite without issue as an alternative.
