What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I appreciate Hootsuite for its ability to streamline social media management efficiently and effectively. It acts as a centralized hub for scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and analyzing performance across multiple platforms. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

My primary concern with the platform is its user interface. At times, scheduled posts fail to publish without any clear reason, which can be quite frustrating. Moreover, when reaching out for support, the response is typically a link to an article rather than direct assistance, which can slow down the resolution process and make troubleshooting less efficient. Delivering comprehensive analysis of post performance and audience engagement, including metrics such as reach, impressions, click-through rates, likes, shares, comments, and follower growth.
