What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I love the simplicity and the variety that Hootsuite offers. It’s so easy to use, yet it really amplifies my marketing abilities. I’m able to take something that was just a thought and turn it into something truly strong, and it has trustworthy AI that can do so much. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite isn’t the greatest when you’re working outside the USA. For some reason, I’ve found it tricky to adjust my time zone. Maybe I’m just a boomer (21 years old) and don’t get it, but that’s honestly my only gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of Instagram not being great for scheduling. I love being able to see my calendar at a glance. I do wish it could connect to Meta so I could schedule Reels more smoothly when using non-original audio, and handle Stories a bit better with all the stickers and similar elements. Still, overall it works well for what I need, so I’m okay with those limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
