What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I run Hangry By Nature with decent followers across social channels. When our travel videos do well, our inbox blows up with questions about hotels and train passes. Hootsuite puts all those comments in one feed. I just sit down with a coffee and reply to Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube from one single dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Phone app is slow and awkward to use. Fixing post tags on a phone takes too many taps. Travel creators work from their phones. If I'm middle of something and need to fix a tag or change a link, mobile app is hard to use. I often have to open my laptop just to make a quick fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hootsuite stopped the daily headache of jumping between separate apps to answer comments. It saves me an hour every day and keeps our posts on schedule. After a long filming day, I had to open Instagram then Tiktok then Youtube. I missed a lot of comments that way. Now everything is smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
