What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I handle social media and design for Ad Vantage Dubai from my home country India, and my biggest priority is staying organized and hitting deadlines. What I love most is how clean workflow is. I just build carousels in Canva, pull them straight into Hootsuite and adapt sizing for Instagram and LinkedIn without dozens of files to my laptop. Time zone scheduling is another plus point for me. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

My biggest annoyance as a designer is that there is no visual 9-grid preview for Instagram. Our many clients care a lot about feed aesthetics, and I need to see how property flyers, video thumbnails and carousels sit next to each other before they go live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hootsuite made our messy workflow clean. Before Hootsuite, clients would drop video clips and last minute copy edit across WhatsApp chats or Google drive shares, and figuring out which graphic was the final version was super stressful. Now our clients can review all scheduled visual drafts days in advance. It completely stopped asset mix-ups, killed duplicate posts and gave me back nearly a full workday every week. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
