"Intuitive, Powerful Hootsuite Platform That Streamlines Social and Insights"

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

It's incredibly intuitive. Very happy with the platform features and performance. Perch and Analytics I use the most. I also love Streams under Nest for staying on top of mentions for clients. It makes it incredibly easy to engage with relevant mentions and build brand engagement. The recent mcp integrations have been wonderful in streamlining processes. The internal AI tools have been great. I've loved wisdom for reviewing performance and gaining insights but also for copy, alt text, hashtags, and more. Onboarding was a breeze with our rep. We were set up in no time. Though Hootsuite is an investment it's proven to be helpful in so many ways for our clients. The listening tool is great for research and providing valuable information. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

My only constructive feedback would be the calendar sharing for reviewing posts. Currently, we can only share 1 week at a time. I would love to be able to share a custom calendar view for clients so they can preview all posts in Hootsuite rather than keeping that step in Figma. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hootsuite cut the scheduling process time in half. It also is much easier to use than Meta. Revising posts in Meta is clunky and time consuming. It's a breeze in Hootsuite. The analytics are robust and having them all in one nice looking report is lovely. Adding that I can pull insights to review from wisdom has been an incredible time saver and a great feature. The integrations with Claude, etc. also allow us to streamline our workflow. With Hootsuite there is an unbelievable amount of time saved. The ability to up the quality of work and quality of reporting has been great. There's also greater ease of communication and an overall ease of doing the job.
