Managing social media for multiple client accounts can get messy fast. Hootsuite makes scheduling easy. I just write post, adjust captions for each platform, pull in canva graphics, and move posts on calendar in seconds. I love shared inbox. It's a big help. It tags urgent comments so I can answer questions fast without switching between multiple browser tabs. Connecting claude is also handy for drafting posts directly in chat. Accounts randomly disconnect, especially Linkedin. Plan limits are also frustrating. Adding extra team seats costs a lot. Also, even though I connected Claude, trying to check analytics told me I need an Advanced plan. It is disappointing that a paid team plan does not include that.
