What do you like best about Hootsuite?

The unified dashboard is easily the best feature, as it allows me to schedule posts and monitor multiple client streams all in one place. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

The pricing has become quite steep for what it offers, especially when it comes to enterprise features and multi-user collaboration. Managing seats and permissions for a larger team feels unnecessarily clunky, and the interface can feel heavy and slow compared to more modern, streamlined alternatives. What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hootsuite solves the chaos of juggling multiple social media accounts by centralizing everything into one platform. The biggest benefit to me is efficiency and consistency; being able to schedule campaigns in advance and monitor live conversations across channels ensures our brand maintains a steady, active presence without requiring 24/7 manual oversight.
