What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is complex, loaded with lots of tools and prompts, it can be easy to learn and easy to use! It catches most of your beginner mistakes before you do, and helps you learn how never to make them again. For someone affiliated with a small non profit, it is one of the best tools that we have available to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Sometimes in the app, I can't find the answer, but if I search the internet, (or use AI!!) I can usually find an easy-to-understand answer. Cost is also a bit of a worry, but currently they do offer some great partnerships with organizations that support non-profits so that is helpful. If you realize how much time it saves if you have multiple platforms connected to Hootsuite, the costs isn't as big a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Limited staff, it gets the work done quickly for someone who already has more than a couple roles. Limits our errors in posting. The calendar is one of the BEST tools. Being able to set up multiple days, multiple platforms, etc., helps Hootsuite solve so many problems. Being able to copy past posts is also wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
