I have been using Hootsuite for more than 8 years and even after considering other software platforms always have stayed with Hootsuite. It is easy to use, flexible, customizable and reliable for our brands. We are a small marketing department but Hootsuite allows us to do sophisticated posts at any given time. The scheduling is so easy to do and it makes us appear much larger than we are. It is easy to use and open to multiple users. We use it every day for posting to multiple channels. We haven't found many issues with Hootsuite. The main issue is that the different social media channels change their rules and parameters and Hootsuite has to figure out how to get them connected again - but that being said, it never is for more than a day or two.
