What do you like best about HootRecruit (formerly IQRecruit)?

The main thing is the speed. This is work I either had to do myself, or delegate to one of my sourcers. Now, we use IQRecruit and within days, we receive a curated list with candidates. It saves us time to focus on the important part: engaging the candidates and ensuring they're the right culture fit.

The follow-up is appreciated, and ensures you get the right list of candidates. The level hinges on you entering the right criteria for the role, but the team is flexible and quick to make sure you get what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HootRecruit (formerly IQRecruit)?

I haven't found things I don't like. I would like to see a way to categorize or label candidates to make the job even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
