What do you like best about Hook Security?

Using Hook Security for our phishing testing has been great. Setting up the targets and scheduling the tests is straightforward. The library of available test emails is very large and offered in multiple languages, which is helpful for including our offshore teams in the testing as well. Overall, Hook is more cost-effective than trying to set up and manage a system on our own, and it’s well worth the cost. What do you dislike about Hook Security?

Setting up the spam filters to allow the test emails through is a little cumbersome. That said, it doesn’t seem to be an issue with Hook itself, but rather with our email provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hook Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

We know security is a concern and we had relied on basic communications and simple training. Hook has enabled us to regularly test our teams with phishing emails and gives us clear feedback on what actions were taken by our users.
