I like Hono HCM for its continuous performance management, which allows me to directly see goals and KRAs, generate mails for one-on-one meetings, and keep track of everything. The direct integration of attendance logs from my attendance system to the portal is also very useful. The expense management, payroll details management, and leaves being updated efficiently stand out to me. The payroll feature that lets me bifurcate the month and year properly is another helpful aspect. Lastly, setting up Hono HCM was very easy, with support that helped us set up things quickly.
