The service provided by ordering platforms is the same regardless of the size of an order, so it's frustrating as a small business owner who is preparing, loading, and delivering orders knowing that the bigger the order, the bigger the "cut". The ability to manually change the menu with an easy-to-use interface allows for changes on the fly instead of working with a middleman, facing delays and mistakes. Quickbooks integration is not as useful as one would like- this is common to all third-party platforms in my experience. I may be missing something but have settled on journalling the deposits (which come through Stripe) manually, which is tedious but well worth it considering I have to do almost as much work for other platforms who take a percentage commission.
