Honeycart has proven to be a valuable tool for our organization. As we've continued to grow, the software has allowed us to remove hours of administration time from the weekly schedule to focus more on developing new menus and serving more clients. The user interface for both clients and staff is simple and intuitive and allows our team to spend less time taking and tallying orders, and more time doing what we do best- serving delicious food to our community. Allowing customization such as agreements, tax-exempt form uploads and cut-off times has helped us grow our sales while still spending far less time preparing invoices, following up on checks, and other issues we've had in the past. Enabling cut-off times while still allowing manual override on the back end has allowed us maximum flexibility in dealing with those last-minute orders that we can fulfill while also giving us a clear picture of what we need to order. For our business, I have not experienced any downsides to moving to HoneyCart. The only thing I would love to see in the future differently would be possible incorporation with label printers to provide clear labels of items and customers for our items, or perhaps down the line some app functionality for ordering.
