Sometimes the interface doesn’t make sense. It feels hard to find certain templates or if I wanted to grab a contract and add it to an invoice it feels clunky? I also HATE that you don’t have all the features on the mobile app as a desktop app. It’s so frustrating when you’re trying to do something only to realize the browser is defaulting to the app view on mobile.
