Easy to use, short learning curve and setting up and customizing templates to get started was easy, and have further refined since then.. Online help has been useful too. Integrates many things I was doing over multiple separate tools (contracts, invoices, calendar booking and now galleries). AI tools are great for automations and template driven responses. Pricing is very affordable for a start up one person business. Never had issues with downtime or unresponsiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dislike....not much I actively dislike. The invoice processing fees are a little higher than using Stripe as a separate step, but not greatly so. I wish it had an integration with PicFlow - although I use the new built in galleries for most final deliveries, PicFlow offers better client proofing for collaborative projects.
