I love how it allows employees to submit written feedback via emails and in-app messages or through physical feedback terminals installed in offices in which identity is kept anonymous allowing for genuine feedbacks. I also love how it supports multiple questioning, creating and sharing of surveys in multiple languages due to the presence of many nationalities and professionals in the training department. Due to the state of anonymity of the feedback givers, the employees at times give biased information resulting in poor performance and expectations, which in turn results in failure and losses.
