What do you like best about Hone?

I love the master class formats and appreciate having the learning tools available before class. Seeing frameworks and sample templates has had the most impact. The diverse courses, especially the AI-powered ones, offer real-time feedback with role-playing, which helps greatly in improving collaboration and communication. The AI coaching sessions, which are 5-7 minutes long, allow me to address situations in real-time. I find the Hone messages via Teams helpful in keeping our commitments accountable. What do you dislike about Hone?

I think the course offerings are great, but I would like to see more technical skills courses. I feel that more AI-powered courses would benefit us since some participants, including myself, might be too shy in breakout sessions.
