What do you like best about Hona?

Hona is intuitive, customizable, and very helpful. It's allowed us to improve and automate client communication. It was easy to implement, and our onboarding specialist made the process smooth and delightful. We are using it daily. It integrates very smoothly with our practice management software. What do you dislike about Hona?

What problems is Hona solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our current practice management software lacks client communication tools. We were struggling to notify and remind clients about events, and people were constantly calling with questions about when their next meeting or court date would be.
