I use this instead of having an IDX website because clients can search for properties from my homesnap profile! And, it has the added bonus for them to search outside of my state, like nationwide, something I wouldn't get with an IDX website. It would only have the local mls integration. And with Homsnap, it notifies me of potential leads immediately! It has my contact information for them to contact me as well! <br><br>Homesnap was nice enough to change my url upon making a request which was really nice of them!
