What do you dislike about Homebase?

Scheduling is a pain and a half. I've had several feature requests put in by support, and none of them have been addressed. Among them include basic keyboard accessibility, like the ability to tab and select using a the keyboard. When selecting a role, the element doesn't allow you to start typing or filter by a role's name. If you have a lot of roles (like we do), there's no way to filter or search for a specific role besides just scrolling through the list. It's not like this functionality doesn't exist — you can just start typing to jump in a regular select element. There's no way to filter roles by departments, even though that's how they want you to filter roles. Essentially, after you build the roles out and sort them into departments, you never see those departments again. Perhaps the most annoyingly, there is no way to upload a schedule from a flat file or CSV. There's no way to bypass a lot of the aforementioned issues, since their schedule builder is the only way to create a schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
