**What do you like best about Homebase?**

I like the scheduling ease with Homebase. I appreciate the ability to communicate with the team, send little forms, and highlight good teamwork.

**What do you dislike about Homebase?**

I'd like there to be more opportunities for team members to leave reviews, ideas, or comments from their shifts. I'd also love to see little inspirational messages when team members clock in. I'd like updates on when inventory has been done or a way to track inventory. I'd also like the ability for the team to complete quizzes through Homebase, like knowledge checks on cafe operations.

**What problems is Homebase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Homebase for scheduling, improving team communication, managing day off requests, planning events, and keeping shift notes.

**What do you like best about Homebase?**

I really like the schedule copying feature in Homebase. It helps a lot when I've been on the floor more that week and do not have as much time to think, making it easier to manage schedules quickly. Also, setting people up on Homebase is super easy!

**What do you dislike about Homebase?**

I don't like that Homebase doesn't connect well with other platforms like Square or Toast to show whether people are clicked in.

I use Homebase to avoid reinventing the wheel with schedules, especially during busy weeks. The schedule copying feature helps me manage time effectively when I'm busier than usual.

Homebase makes it really easy to manage my team. It keeps everything streamlined and simple, from scheduling to payroll, so I can stay organized without extra hassle.

While I know Homebase isn’t perfect, I honestly can’t think of anything specific that I dislike about it. Overall, I’m very happy with the platform, and I always welcome any updates and improvements the developers come up with to make an already great experience even better.

The biggest issue Homebase solves for me is payroll headaches. Running payroll is straightforward and doesn’t take any more time than it needs to, which makes the whole process feel much simpler with Homebase.

Its starting to get a little bit expensive for just the scheduler side. I think we have gone up about $30 a month since we started. I believe we started around $45 and are not at $75.

I like how its one click to clock in and also one click to clock out.

**What do you dislike about Homebase?**

What I dont like is how sometime clocking out does not work as expected. If you dont wait for the app to load then it wont clock you out. Also on the web version that could be better in making a more simplified timesheet.

Its solving a cost effective way to do scheduling with our team, especially with it not being a big group. It has worked really well with connecting everyone on our team and to see exactly when someone is working or not.

I like that all of the onboarding is included, which helps reduce physical papers in my office. I like the ease of the Homebase platform. It's straightforward and easy to navigate, so I didn't have to rely on tutorials to learn it. It's super easy to enter and delete names, which simplifies managing intern hours for me. Homebase also makes it easy to track intern hours and removes the guesswork from this task. If I ever need to verify hours within a certain range, I can easily go back and track them. Overall, it's very easy to set up and works well for our needs.

I like that Homebase solves my scheduling issues, particularly in keeping track of multiple employees and their time off. It's great to have a system where my employees can go in and request time off, so when I make the schedule, I always know who is available on any given day. Homebase has been great for scheduling my employees, keeping track of time off, and everything that goes with that. Setting up Homebase was very easy.

I wish there were more pre-made shift options available to choose from.

It has really helped improve accuracy with time clocking and ensures people are clocking in and out at the job sites. It’s easy to use, and I can quickly find the information I need without digging around. Overall, it feels like a great value for the cost.

With our current basic plan, many features aren’t available to us. Even so, we’re still able to make it work for what we need.

**What do you like best about Homebase?**

I like that I can see pay period timesheets and all my employee's hours. Being able to clock in and out from my phone and my computer is really convenient. Tracking employee hours is vital, and I can access many months on Homebase. If I have to run an errand for work or work out of the office, I can easily clock in on my phone. It was also easy for me to install on my phone.

**What do you dislike about Homebase?**

When I collapse employees when reviewing pay periods, it won't allow me to uncollapse only one employee to review their times.

I can clock in and out from anywhere on my phone or computer. Homebase lets me track employee hours and access pay period timesheets easily.

The only complaint that I have about Homebase is that our EMS dept. works 24 hour shifts and it won't clock them past 24 hours.

I like the ease of use and intuitiveness of Homebase, which means it takes little to no time to train employees on it. I also appreciate its scheduling by department feature, which stands out to me. The initial setup was very easy, which made the transition from Excel smooth.

I feel the messaging feature is not as streamlined as the rest of the app, especially when trying to message different groups or multiple people at a time.

I like the ease with which our staff can publish their availability and time off needs using Homebase. It's really nice not having to keep up with each individual staff member's schedule, as they can publish their availability and other requirements through the app.

I wish the app functioned a little bit more like the desktop version of it. I do like where you can see the week view, and that's not possible on the app.

I use Homebase to simplify scheduling and clocking in and out, solving the issue of tracking individual staff schedules. Employees can publish availability and requirements through the app, making the process much easier.

**What do you like best about Homebase?**

I like having access to my timesheets whether I'm in the office or away. Homebase helps me figure out my taxes and hours worked on an ongoing basis. I can check in and out during the day when I'm in and out of the office and log off for lunch or breaks. It calculates my pay for the week or month based on my needs. These features make it easier for me to manage my time and payroll.

**What do you dislike about Homebase?**

The date seems to be off. Whenever I log in now, it's a day behind.

**What problems is Homebase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have access to my timesheets anywhere, it figures out my taxes and hours worked, and checks me in and out at the office. I can log off for breaks and it calculates my pay.

I love the open shifts option and notes option in Homebase. Open shifts let staff choose what they want or can work, which helps greatly with scheduling. The notes feature is also very convenient as it helps specify specific details on shift info. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Homebase to be so easy. Overall, I love everything about it.

I only dislike that I have to pay for more staff and notes, but that's understandable.

I really like the app feature to ask for shift coverage and the way the app allows users to pick up or deny a potential shift. It saves time from having to reach out to coworkers individually or any nerves about asking in a group chat.

It can be annoying to have to sign into the app simply for opening it without being connected to wifi or using service. I don't like being signed out by default, even after I reconnect to wifi/service. It makes me sign in again no matter what.

It helps me see who has shifts before and after me, so it keeps my awareness of coworkers organized and also records my hours in a very efficient manner. I refer to the hours recorded when filling out my timesheets to payroll.

I think it makes scheduling very easy with options like copy and pasting shifts, remembering which shifts I typically schedule weekly. it tells me when to go into work which sometimes I do need reminding.

Maybe the UI, for example I need to search my name everytime i wanna create my schedule, i wish it could just have me logged in but I also think that may be an issue in how i got set up in Homebase I think I may have been set up as a coordinator.

I think it does a wonderful job at showing other shedules so I can make sure there will be no conflicts with my own. The scheduling software and layout is top tier. We're in a business where too many shifting compenents exist. Homebase helps organize the chaos!

The lack of integration of smaller and niche payroll programs. We're having to use a seperate software for our needs. The expense for their payroll subscription is an addon to the monthy, plus $6 for every payroll employee. It adds up quick.

We struggled with different scheduling software in the past. No software quite matches up to how Homebase does it. Scheduling 50+ staff doing different things throughout the day is quite hard to track everything. The easy layout of drag and drop, color modifications to cells, communications to staff through notes makes it easy to track errors and increase efficiency.

It’s very user-friendly for both admins and staff. Having everything in one place—timesheets, messages, payroll, hiring, and scheduling—makes managing the schedule so much easier and more organized.

After an employee is terminated, I want to delete them from my system, but I can’t do that until I process payroll.

The efficiency to keep track of hours and wages in one place is very convenient for the everyday busy employee. Login is also very good due to it’s a discrete code that no one knows to sign in. I truly enjoy options as well to get your hard earn money faster. All around a great functional app.

Not really any features to dislike but if there’s one I could poke at is the lag sometimes to sign in I feel face recognition should take long after having set up the program.

I love how user-friendly Homebase is. Anyone can use it. I also love that you can track the sales every day and categorize them, which is super helpful for analyzing data reports and sales overviews. Homebase keeps things easy by having different compartments and sections for time-off requests, keeping everything streamlined.

Sometimes the messaging app gets a bit glitchy and messages don’t send, but it’s great otherwise!

I like the convenience Homebase offers. It makes it easier for me to send all my employees their schedules and know if they need time off. I appreciate having everything at the palm of my hand. I find it very useful to see that everybody is taking their breaks on time and showing up for their shifts. It's easy to change hours if someone forgets to clock out.
