What do you like best about Homebase?

Homebase is easy to use and manages all aspects of my teams scheduling, time tracking, and PTO. It automatically notifies my team members of scheduled shifts, and texts reminders for shift start times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Homebase?

If you cancel a shift, it doesn't notify the employee that their schedule has been canceled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Homebase solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to use the time clock feature so team members clock in/out on their phones, receive shift reminders and schedules, and they can access notes about the shift so they know what to expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
