What do you like best about HockeyStack?

What I like best about HockeyStack is that I was able to set everything up on my own with support from our CS rep. I didn’t need to involve our in-house data team and after learning the ropes, I’ve been able to continue building reports myself. I also really appreciate how easy it is to see all the touchpoints that lead to any KPI. It’s the kind of data I always knew existed but struggled to view in one place. The attribution modeling is also a standout feature and has already helped us make meaningful changes to our media mix.

What do you dislike about HockeyStack?

The learning curve can be steep at first. It takes some time to understand how everything connects and how to structure reports in a way that works for your team. That said, once you get the hang of it, it's incredibly powerful and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
