"HOA Central made property management simpler"

What do you like best about HOA Central?

I manage a portfolio of 14 communities, and HOA Central lets me do that with far less stress. In the portfolio dashboard I can see the health of every property, and switching between them takes less than 3 clicks. The violation tracking, ARC management, and service requests features helped eliminate keeping track of a bunch of spreadsheets, email threads, and paper files. The time savings have been incredible, and the boards I work with are finally getting real-time updates instead of monthly reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HOA Central?

The only thing I’d improve is the reporting templates. They’re good, but I wish I could do some more customizations to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HOA Central solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before HOA Central, I was buried in manual processes,now, payments are processed automatically, maintenance is tracked, and communication is centralized. It has also improved my client retention because our service looks more polished and professional now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
