What do you like best about Hiver Omni?

Hiver has given us the ability to effectively manage many workstreams. We have a very complex sales structure comprised of divisions, territories, and branches. Hiver allowed me to take 7 workstreams and merge them into one. The user interface is easy to navigate, the automations help with efficiency, and the analytics gives valuable insight to my team's capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiver Omni?

Analytics were only available for each individual shared inbox, this is not helpful when people are in multiple inboxes. It was harder to get an overall view of performance. However, like other things we have inquired about, the Hiver team acted quickly and this is now on the roadmap of future enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hiver Omni solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Hiver, we had over 200 distribution email lists. These distribution lists contained people that span branches and divisions. The email would go into each person's personal Outlook inbox. This left us unable to identify a true "owner". We had duplicated efforts and orders that were missed entirely. With Hiver, we know who is holding the ball. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
