What do you like best about Hiver Omni?

We like that this tool lets us manage our shared inbox without stepping on each other’s work. It’s easy to automatically assign emails to specific team members, and we can add tags to flag frequently asked questions or highlight trending issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiver Omni?

I have not found any downsides to Hiver as of yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hiver Omni solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hiver has helped us better manage our team’s shared inbox, which allows us to respond to inquiries more quickly and effectively. The Auto Response feature has reduced the number of emails that require our team to respond directly by giving employees resources to answer their questions on their own.
