What do you like best about Hively?

Gathering feedback based on customer experience is the prime focus of every business, and Hively has been a part of it maintaining the services through its dedicated feedback system. Hive leads the simplest way to gather customer feedback providing customers the ability to rate their experience with the company, they are involved.

You can invite team members to your hive lists, every user can go with the personalized rating, add their email, signature or CRM entities, every time you email a customer they can rate their satisfaction with a single click along with the option to leave detailed feedback and also team members can request ratings after any customer interaction like phone calls, meetings or webinar. Most significantly, the feedback results can be viewed from the dashboard, providing fair analytics and reporting in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hively?

No downside of the platform. It will be great if Hively adds further more smiley features along with customized multiple choice questions. It will be lot easier to get real time response from the clients and improvising the business insights with Hively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I am much more satisfied with the platform. Hively has helped me in my work devising the right strategies to improve customer satisfaction. It has led my business to successful marketing campaigns which in-terms provided me with a high, measurable return on investment (ROI), along with employee retention and gathering overall customer feedback.
