What do you like best about Hive?

What I like best about Hive is the visibility it gives our team into the entire workflow. We can organize incoming requests, assign responsibilities, track progress, and see what has been completed without relying on scattered emails or verbal follow ups. It helps keep everyone in sync and makes it much easier to manage priorities and maintain an organized queue. Overall, Hive has been a great tool for keeping our team organized and our workflow intact. It provides the structure and visibility we need to keep projects moving, stay aligned, and make sure requests are properly tracked from submission through completion. Great value indeed. What do you dislike about Hive?

Hive can take some time to configure properly because there are many options available. New users may also need some guidance before they understand where to find information and how the workflow is structured. What problems is Hive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hive helps us manage requests from the time they are submitted through completion. It gives us a central location to review project details, establish priorities, track progress, and maintain a record of completed work. This has reduced the chance of requests being overlooked, improved accountability, and made it easier for our team to stay organized and communicate about where each project stands.
