What do you like best about Hive HR?

What I like most about HiveHR is the trust it creates with colleagues. Because it is independent and anonymous, people feel comfortable giving honest feedback, which helps us gain genuine insight into the colleague experience. I also find it very easy to create and launch surveys, and the new AI functionality has been a fantastic addition, helping us analyse feedback and identify themes much more quickly. What do you dislike about Hive HR?

The main limitation for me today is that HiveHR isn't fully integrated with our live employee data. We currently need to provide data uploads, which means organisational structures, manager hierarchies and employee information can become out of date quite quickly as the business changes. This creates some additional administration and can impact the accuracy of reporting over time. That said, I'm aware HiveHR is actively working on integrations, and if those are delivered successfully, it would address a significant part of this challenge. What problems is Hive HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

HiveHR helps solve one of the biggest challenges with colleague engagement surveys: moving from lots of data to meaningful action. Survey results often generate a huge amount of information, comments and potential areas for improvement, making it difficult to identify the key themes, understand what will have the greatest impact and prioritise actions effectively.

The real benefit for me is that HiveHR makes it much easier to see the wood for the trees. The combination of analytics, action-planning tools and, in particular, the newer AI functionality helps surface the most important themes, highlight priorities and focus attention on the actions that are most likely to improve colleague experience. Rather than spending time trying to interpret large volumes of feedback, we can spend more time taking meaningful action based on the insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
